WARRANTY POLICY
This warranty applies to eligible KuKirin electric scooters purchased directly through BuyKuKirin.com. It covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal use within the applicable warranty period.
REQUESTING WARRANTY SUPPORT
Provide enough information to identify the order and assess the reported issue. Do not send the scooter, battery, charger or any component until written instructions have been provided.
Provide the BuyKuKirin.com order number and the email address used when placing the order.
Provide the KuKirin model, serial number or a clear photograph of the product label where available.
Describe the issue and provide clear photographs, a short video and any visible error message where relevant.
Follow the troubleshooting, inspection, collection, repair or return instructions provided for the case.

The order details and supporting evidence are reviewed before warranty coverage and the appropriate solution are confirmed.
Where a fault is confirmed to be covered, BuyKuKirin.com will cover the reasonable transport, repair and replacement-part costs required to resolve the issue.
If inspection confirms that there is no product fault, or that the damage resulted from misuse, collision, water ingress, unauthorised modification, disassembly or repair, the customer will be responsible for reasonable transport, inspection, repair and replacement-part costs.
Any chargeable work and the estimated costs will be explained before the repair or replacement proceeds.
Do not arrange a return or pay for transport without written approval. The applicable collection, return, inspection or repair process will be confirmed before the product is sent.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This warranty does not apply to products purchased from another retailer, marketplace or website. Warranty requests for those purchases must be submitted to the seller shown on the original order confirmation.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
