This warranty applies to eligible KuKirin electric scooters purchased directly through BuyKuKirin.com. It covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal use within the applicable warranty period.

Provide enough information to identify the order and assess the reported issue. Do not send the scooter, battery, charger or any component until written instructions have been provided.
Product details
Provide the KuKirin model, serial number or a clear photograph of the product label where available.
Issue details
Describe the issue and provide clear photographs, a short video and any visible error message where relevant.
Wait for instructions
Follow the troubleshooting, inspection, collection, repair or return instructions provided for the case.
WHAT MAY BE COVERED
Confirmed defects under normal use.
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Eligible scooter component faults within 12 months
- Eligible battery manufacturing faults within 6 months
- Abnormal power loss, charging failure or functional faults confirmed through troubleshooting or inspection
- Wear items that were defective or damaged at the time of delivery
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Wear, accidental damage and misuse.
- Normal wear to tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, grips and other consumable parts
- Normal reduction in battery capacity or riding range caused by age and use
- Damage caused by collision, impact, falling, overloading or another accident
- Damage caused by water or liquid exposure outside the product’s stated limitations
- Damage caused by incorrect charging, unsuitable chargers or improper battery storage
- Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the user manual
- Damage caused by unauthorised modification, disassembly, repair or replacement parts
- Cosmetic marks or ordinary wear that do not affect normal operation
- Claims that cannot be verified because the serial number has been removed, altered or made unreadable
CLAIM ASSESSMENT
How warranty claims are handled.
The order details and supporting evidence are reviewed before warranty coverage and the appropriate solution are confirmed.
Confirmed warranty fault
Where a fault is confirmed to be covered, BuyKuKirin.com will cover the reasonable transport, repair and replacement-part costs required to resolve the issue.
No product fault or customer damage
If inspection confirms that there is no product fault, or that the damage resulted from misuse, collision, water ingress, unauthorised modification, disassembly or repair, the customer will be responsible for reasonable transport, inspection, repair and replacement-part costs.
Approval before charges
Any chargeable work and the estimated costs will be explained before the repair or replacement proceeds.
Returns and transport
Do not arrange a return or pay for transport without written approval. The applicable collection, return, inspection or repair process will be confirmed before the product is sent.

This warranty does not apply to products purchased from another retailer, marketplace or website. Warranty requests for those purchases must be submitted to the seller shown on the original order confirmation.
