This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed directly through BuyKuKirin.com for delivery to supported addresses in the United Kingdom.


1. Shipping Summary

  • Dispatch origin: United Kingdom warehouse
  • Carrier: FedEx
  • Handling time: Normally 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: Normally 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Total estimated delivery time: Normally 3–7 business days
  • Shipping cost: Free delivery to eligible UK addresses
  • Tracking: Provided by email after dispatch

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed outside business days begin processing on the next business day.


2. Delivery Areas

Delivery is available to supported addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, subject to FedEx service availability.

We do not currently deliver to:

  • Isle of Man postcodes beginning with IM
  • Jersey postcodes beginning with JE
  • Guernsey postcodes beginning with GY
  • PO boxes
  • BFPO addresses
  • Addresses outside the United Kingdom

Some remote areas, islands and restricted postcodes may be unavailable because of carrier, parcel-size, product-weight or lithium-battery restrictions.

Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout before payment.

If an order is accepted but the address is later confirmed as undeliverable, we will request an alternative eligible address. If no eligible address is available, the order will be cancelled and refunded.


3. Handling and Delivery Times

In-stock orders are normally prepared and handed to FedEx within 1–2 business days after payment has been authorised and complete delivery information has been received.

Standard transit time is normally 2–5 business days after dispatch. The total estimated time from payment confirmation to delivery is normally 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier disruption, severe weather, UK bank holidays, peak periods, incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Products shown as out of stock cannot be ordered. We do not accept pre-orders unless clearly stated on the relevant product page.


4. Shipping Charges and Import Costs

Free standard delivery is provided to eligible UK addresses.

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment and included in the final order total.

Orders covered by this policy are dispatched from our United Kingdom warehouse. Customers are not charged additional import duties or import taxes when the order is delivered.


5. Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking

A dispatch confirmation email is sent to the email address used at checkout after the order has been handed to FedEx.

The email includes the carrier tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours after dispatch to begin showing movement.

6. Delivery Delays and Missing Parcels

Contact us if the estimated delivery period has passed or the tracking information has not updated for an extended period.

We may investigate the shipment with FedEx. Carrier investigations may require additional time.

If the shipment is confirmed as lost, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Orders Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found:

  • Check the delivery location shown in the tracking information
  • Check entrances, safe places and areas around the property
  • Ask household members or neighbours whether they accepted the parcel
  • Contact us promptly if the parcel remains missing

7. Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Deliveries

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if the parcel or product arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Photos or a short video of the product and affected area
  • Details of any damaged, missing or incorrect items

Keep the product, packaging and shipping label until the issue has been reviewed and further instructions have been provided.


8. Delivery Address and Order Changes

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode, telephone number and email address at checkout.

Review the delivery information before placing the order and contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Address changes, product changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after warehouse processing or dispatch has started.

If an order has already been dispatched, it may need to be delivered and then handled under the Return & Refund Policy.


9. Failed, Refused or Undeliverable Delivery

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, an unavailable recipient or unsuccessful delivery attempts, BuyKuKirin.com will cover the return-to-sender cost.

After the parcel has returned and been inspected, you may choose:

  • One free reshipment to a confirmed eligible UK address
  • A refund to the original payment method

The free reshipment option is available once per order.

Do not refuse delivery unless instructed by us.


10. Returns

Contact us before returning any scooter, battery, charger or component.

Electric scooters and lithium batteries may require an approved carrier, return address, transport method and protective packaging.
