You must not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, stock status and included items accurately.
Product colours, packaging, labels and minor design details may vary between production batches or product updates.
Performance figures such as speed, range, charging time and climbing ability are estimates or manufacturer-stated figures. Actual results may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, temperature, battery condition, riding mode, maintenance and riding style.
The product page, selected options and order summary confirm the product included in your order.
3. Orders
After an order is placed, an order confirmation is normally sent to the email address entered at checkout.
An order may be cancelled before dispatch if:
- The product is unavailable
- Payment is unsuccessful or cannot be verified
- The delivery information is incomplete or incorrect
- The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised
- There is an obvious pricing, stock or listing error
- The delivery address is outside an available service area
If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in British pounds unless another currency is clearly shown.
The final product price, discounts, delivery charge and total payable amount are displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.

5. Stock and Availability
Products shown as available may be purchased while stock remains available.
Products shown as out of stock cannot be ordered until stock becomes available again.
We do not accept pre-orders unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered only to eligible United Kingdom addresses shown as available during checkout.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, peak periods, incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address before placing the order.
7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after warehouse processing or dispatch has started.
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 14 days after delivery. After notifying us, the product must be returned within a further 14 days.
Contact us before returning any scooter, battery, charger or component. Electric scooters and lithium batteries may require approved transport arrangements.

8. Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Products
Contact us promptly if a product arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, faulty or materially different from its description.
We may request the order number, product model, serial number, photographs, video, packaging details or reasonable troubleshooting information.
Depending on the confirmed issue, an available solution may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, replacement or refund.
Do not arrange a return or repair before receiving instructions.
9. Warranty
Eligible KuKirin electric scooters purchased directly through BuyKuKirin.com include:
- 12-month scooter warranty coverage
- 6-month battery warranty coverage
Warranty coverage applies to eligible defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal use.

10. Product Use and Safety
Follow the product manual, charging instructions, safety warnings, maintenance guidance and operating limits.
Do not use a damaged product, damaged battery, unsuitable charger or any equipment that appears unsafe.
Electric scooter rules may vary by location. Customers are responsible for checking the rules that apply where the product will be stored, transported and used.
11. Shopify and Other Services
BuyKuKirin.com uses Shopify to provide the online store, cart, checkout and related ecommerce services.
Payment providers, delivery carriers, tracking services and other service providers may also be used to process and fulfil orders.
Shopify and other service providers are not the seller of products purchased through BuyKuKirin.com.
12. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website and checkout available, but temporary maintenance, technical problems or third-party service interruptions may occur.
Product, price, stock, delivery or promotional information may be corrected or updated where an error or outdated detail is identified.
